TESTING SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Procuring your selected test and a medical professional to administer it at a site of your choice. 

  • Chicago testing location available

  • Single point of contact for HIPAA-compliant management of test authorizations, data and results

  • Creation and management of crew testing schedule for multi-day shoots 

  • Direct communication with crew for test reminders and results

  • Contact tracing as needed

  • Recommendations for adhering to Chicago’s Emergency Travel Order

  • Helping productions understand the role of testing as one component of a comprehensive COVID safety plan

On-Set COVID Compliance

We have COVID compliance officers, assistants and PPE to meet any production's need:

    • Daily crew screening and clearance, including temperature checks, test clearance and health check questionnaires 

    • Setup of sanitation stations and distribution of PPE

    • Setting COVID safety expectations during daily safety meeting 

    • An authoritative voice on set enforcing best practices for social distancing and mask usage

    • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces frequently with EPA-approved disinfectants

    • Highly visible and accessible personnel to hear and act on safety concerns or complaints in regards to COVID

    • Monitoring cast and crew for symptom development throughout the shoot 

    • Overseeing health and safety standards for crafty and catering with the option of an assistant to serve all food and beverages to minimize exposure

Wellness on One is committed to cultivating a safe and healthy environment for filming in Chicago. This is a place to generate ideas for what is needed in our industry so we can continue to foster wellness in our community. Our hope is that our much needed COVID related services will develop quickly but will only be needed for a short while. Our relevance will live on in the form of future innovations.
